Life has a funny way of redirecting you lightly, and bringing you back to your center. Life brings people into your life, to change you, mold you, and sometimes life allows people to leave your life that weren't supposed to be in your life forever.
In the past month I have had the opportunity to do allot of soul searching, and examining who in is my life.
Although, right now not many details can be shared, I want to share with you a few ideas.
1.) Live life in the moment, not in the past. Not in the future. You miss so much when you do not live in the moment.
2.) Trust God. He does amazing things when you just trust Him.
3.) Live a better story. This point was brought to me by a friend. It is your job, with guidance from God, to live a better life. You make choices. You work through your mistakes. Make your story better!
4.)Pray about it! Prayer can move mountains!
Tonight, as I jam out to my camp CD, I am reminded of all the opportunities I have had. Places my faith has brought me, and people who have molded my life. Chetek. Highland Lake. NYC. Chicago. Mexico City. Mazatlan. Waverly. Waterloo. Holmen. La Crosse.
Thank you for being a part of who I am. Thank you for pushing me out of my box.

Life in a Nutshell
April also brought me a new car. Although, this should have been an exciting time for me, I found myself crying as my old car drove away. I have allot of memories in that car, and can still say I miss driving it. It brought me through allot of important events in my life. Death of grandparents. College. Camp. First year outside of college. It was time to upgrade to a bigger car, with more room, and a better lease on life. I bought a Grand Prix, Pixie. She has got allot more pick up and go than my Cavileir did, and I am sure we will share many many memories. Life since March?
Life has been a blur. Work. Sleep Repeat.
Although, I am sure some pretty great things have happen.
In May, we celebrated my sisters graduation from WTC, for Dental Assisting. Shortly after she graduated she got a job with Balsm Dental, in Rhinelander, WI. She and her boyfriend have moved north, and seem to be really enjoying the new digs.
Although, I don't really remember much about the months June-August. Other than, and an Amazing visit from my sister, Maranda( Two full weeks) and helping my dad empty the storage shed. Other than, I helped start a craft night at work( we have done stepping stones, tye-dye, and this month is Picture frames). Work has been going. Always learning something new through the challenges, and mistakes along the way. Grateful to be employed, and for a place that allows me to learn along the way.

6-month update
In September I was able to go on vacation with my Mom, and cousin. We went up to Michigan to spend some time with the waves, sand and hiking. It was a very relaxing trip, and hope to return very soon. We hiked the Porkiepine Mountains and saw waterfalls. We made dinner over the fire, something I have missed since I left New York, and I was without my cell phone for most of the trip. This was the first trip I took, where I told myself I was not going to carry my cellphone, from place to place. I left it in the room, and checked it before I went to bed. I would do this again in a heartbeat. It allows you to better enjoy your time with out the constant reminder of time, or updates from fellow people.
Wow! Seems like I have only been able to remember to update my blog once every six months. So, here it goes.
For six months, I worked two jobs. As I had previously mentioned, I worked my 6-2p shift at REM Wisconsin, then would drive to Galesville, and work 3-6 at the daycare. Although I had no free time, I was able to meet some amazing people. These are people who I continue to stay in contact with, and will see now that I no longer work there.
As of a month ago, I was able to get a promotion at REM Wisconsin. This means allot of different changes, and crazy work hours. I handed in my weekends working, for an on-call rotation. I handed in my stressful daily routines, for an unexpected week of craziness. I handed in my work with 4 clients daily, so seeing my 11 clients weekly. I took a job as Home Manager, which in more in line with what I went to school for. I am happy to say this was a good change for me. Although, I am not fully adjusted, and will probably never really be. I hope that comes with time. In November, I was able to bring home a new member to my family. Oscar. Oscar is a long haired tabby that was born on the day, I left for vacation. His parents are owned, or they own, my petsiter Val. Oscar was once cute and cuddly, now is a full of energy and knock everything off-everything kind-of cat. Boo, my family cat, has adjusted well, and lets Oscar know when he is being a little bit to much like a 2 year old. Oscar loves anything that moves, Boo with look at him like "silly kid"
December, January, and February came a went, with little to report. I turned a year older, and as a friend would say- " ONE more trip around the sun!" I accepted my new position, at the end of January, and began to look for a new place to live. I found a nice Duplex in Onalaska, that I will begin to call home in April. I cut myself down to own job, and seem to work the same amount of hours, as I did when I had two jobs. April is going to be able finding my balance. Re-rooting myself in me time. Trying new things, and stepping outside of my comfort zone. April will be the start of something new. Get excited.
