October 15-17
This weekend was very uneventful. Friday Night was Pizza Night At Redeemer Lutheran Church here in Waverly. I was given the heads up that it was going to be a small group-and so we would be released early. It ended up only being the coordinators family-so we ate pizza and left. ;D
After getting back to the 'burg we went to Amanda's room we played Wii. Oh my- I need to practice my Wii playing skills. After a few rounds of Mario Kart, and Guitar Hero we had gotten all Wiied out. We hung out for awhile- and ate oreoes.
Next on our list was the comedian that was put on by ETK- the event committee on campus- and enjoyed some laughs as a break from school work. Following the comidain- we walked to the Vineyard and enjoyed some live music and a epic game of dots.
When we ended up at the 'burg it was quite late-but that didn't stop Amy, Amanda and myself from having a late night sleepover in Amy's room. It was so nice to be a young child again. YAY!
Saturday-
This was a day to get activities done-that had not been done in a while. We went to Walgreens, Bartels, and returned to my room to watch , 3 football games. Wartburg-WON... Hawkeyes-WON... Badgers..WON!
This did not stop the productivity and the enjoyment of friends. We finished our evening with Walk to Remember. Great Saturday!
Sunday-
This was a do nothing day. I talked to some family- and enjoyed a nap. Packer lost.
My weekend was uneventful. There is a week and a half until I head home to Wisconsin! Homecoming is this week- Thursday -Sunday. Plus, I have a community Builder this next weekend. Shall be more to report next week.
